Esra, born in Germany, spent 15 years there before moving to Turkey, where she completed her
education at Akdeniz University, graduating from the Faculty of English Language Teaching. In
addition to that, she has over 5 years of experience in guest relations and customer relationship
management, gained through her work as a guest relations manager. Since 2022, she has been
working as a patient consultant at MedNjoy clinics. She's fluent in both German and English.
